I came across this photo in my grandmother's album.  On the back of the photo the following was written "Mildred Gertrude (Bruce) Wood with Mamie in arms, Mildred in chair, and Aunt Martha Wood standing - circa 1916 - Selkirk".

Momma (Mildred Gertrude Bruce) is holding "Mamie". Mamie Beryl Wood was born in 1916.

The child in the chair, appears to be about 2-years old, Mary Mildred Wood (1914-1955).

 Aunt Martha Wood is Mildred's husband's (John) sister Martha Wood (1892-unknown). At the time of this photo, she would have been 24.

Mildred Gertrude Bruce (1890-1956) was raised in R.M. of St. Clements and was one of three children (Mildred, Charles, Margaret). Her parents were John Bruce (1871-unknown) and Margaret Kennedy (1873-1904).

In 1908, Mildred married John Wood (1883-1968) from Manigotagon, Manitoba.

His parents were John Wood (1845 - before 1924) and Mary Rachel Ashford (first marriage - Mary Rachel Meade) (1848-1924).

Mildred and John had 13 children, one of whom was my grandmother Cecille May Wood.
